The structure behind dependable support

Office-Based Virtual Assistants

PATRIVA gives you capable Filipino talent with the structure of a real workplace behind them. Your VA works from our supervised office, in your systems and hours, with PATRIVA carrying the employment, training, and day-to-day accountability.

For law firms, real estate teams, executives, and growing businesses, office-based support means fewer unknowns between assigning the work and seeing it done.

Office-based, by design

What office-based really means

Office-based is not a label for a different kind of remote handoff. It is a deliberate operating model: a physical workplace, real supervision, and a team structure that makes individual support more reliable.

01

A real workplace

A place built for the work

Your VA works at a PATRIVA workstation with stable internet, reliable power, and the tools needed for a consistent working day. They work your hours and use the systems you approve.

02

A real employer

Employment, not a loose arrangement

PATRIVA directly employs your VA and carries the benefits, payroll, and government-mandated contributions under Philippine labor law. You receive the support without taking on employer liability.

03

A real support layer

Supervision that stays involved

On-site supervisors and PATRIVA leadership remain involved after matching. If something is unclear, a workday changes, or a concern needs attention, you are not left managing a person in isolation.

A clear distinction from freelancers and remote agencies

Freelancers can be a good fit for some work. Remote agencies can offer different levels of involvement. The important question is what sits behind the person you hire, and who owns the details when the work becomes more complex.

Why structure matters

Reliability, security, and accountability

The office is only one part of the model. Dependable support also requires clear controls, responsible people, and a provider willing to stay accountable when circumstances change.

Reliable continuity

If your VA is sick, on leave, or facing an emergency, we notify you. You are never billed for absent hours. For teams with more than five PATRIVA VAs, supervisors can step in on urgent tasks while your VA is away.

Security by design

Your VA works only in systems you approve and signs a confidentiality agreement before starting. Personal devices are not allowed on the office floor, keeping work in a supervised and controlled environment.

Accountability you can reach

PATRIVA remains involved through ongoing supervision and support. If work needs coaching, training, clearer workflow instructions, or escalation, there is a team and leadership structure behind the engagement.

Ability before introductions

Vetted for how people actually work

A polished interview is useful, but it cannot show everything. Before you meet a candidate, PATRIVA looks for evidence of ability, judgment, care, and responsibility.

01

Interviews that assess communication, initiative, and responsibility.

02

Employment references and police clearances before introduction to a client.

03

A five-part assessment: typing, reasoning, attention to detail, judgment and problem-solving, and a realistic work sample.

04

A practical review that gives the greatest weight to judgment and attention to detail, not blind task completion.

Training and supervision stay with us

You share your workflows, priorities, tools, and expectations. PATRIVA handles the professional foundations, structured in-house training, and continuing supervision. Your VA learns how your team works without leaving you to teach every baseline skill alone. When a question or mistake appears, the goal is responsible ownership: flag the issue, ask a useful question, and make the next step clear.

Questions about office-based support?

The office-based model should be easy to understand before you decide whether it fits your team.

What does office-based mean for my VA?

Your VA works from a physical PATRIVA office with an equipped workstation, stable internet, reliable power, and on-site supervision. They work in your systems, on your hours, and within your processes, while PATRIVA provides the employment structure around them.

How is an office-based VA different from a freelancer or remote agency placement?

A freelancer manages their own work environment, and a remote agency model can vary in how it handles testing, supervision, and continuity. PATRIVA directly employs its VAs, vets ability before introductions, trains the team in-house, and remains involved after matching.

How do you vet an office-based VA before I meet them?

Candidates complete interviews, employment references, police clearances, and a five-part assessment covering typing, reasoning, attention to detail, judgment and problem-solving, and a realistic work sample. Judgment and attention to detail carry the most weight.

What happens if my VA is absent or the fit is not right?

We notify you if your VA cannot report to work, and absent hours are never billed. If a VA leaves or the fit is not right, we find a replacement. Your first replacement has no additional placement fee; later replacements cost $199 each.

How much does an office-based VA cost?

The Growth rate is $12 per hour for Service Agreements signed by March 31, 2027, locked through December 31, 2027. The standard rate is $18 per hour. There is a one-time $699 fee per VA, and VAs from your fifth onward are $12 per hour.
